Celebrating 10 years of care with Lorraine!

Lorraine, a devoted and compassionate carer, has marked a significant milestone in her career, celebrating a decade of unwavering service at Bluebird Care Newcastle & South Tyneside.

Her journey, from a chance encounter on a bus to becoming a pillar of support for numerous families, is a testament to dedication and passion in the field of care. Initially apprehensive, Lorraine was supported and encouraged by management to persist, assuring her that familiarity with the role and building connections would bolster her confidence.

Starting with brief drop-in visits in her local area, Lorraine gradually transitioned to longer sit-ins, recognising the profound relationships that could be nurtured through her work.  Lorraine is an asset to the team and a mentor to many other care assistants at Bluebird Care Newcastle and South Tyneside, 10 years for Lorraine was filled with compassion and motivation to provide premium home care to our customers.
