When I applied to be a Bluebird Care I received a very prompt response from them and the interview was arranged there and then. I was very nervous on the day, not having had a job interview for many years, but I was made to feel relaxed by the interviewer, she chatted to me in a friendly manner and asked questions I could answer without feeling intimidated. After it was over I felt confident and had a good feeling I was doing the right thing. I found that during the induction course there was a very friendly atmosphere, we were all there together which was quite comforting, and helped to create a team response to work. Bluebird Care come across as a very professional company, but with a nice friendly family atmosphere. I think I am going to be very happy working here.
