I am a full time carer for my husband Alan who has dementia and Bluebird Care provide me with some respite support on a weekly basis.

Generally Alan gets very anxious and nervous whenever I’m out of his sight, but having Jeanette coming in each week has been a saviour for me.  She and Alan get on so well and its wonderful for me to be able to leave the house without Alan fretting and asking where I’m going. 

 It’s wonderful to arrive home, and find them both chatting away together in the front room about a variety of different things and amazingly, even when Jeanette leaves her shift, Alan will continue to talk about his day with her. I never thought this would happen! 

 The office staff are all so helpful, and a joy to speak to on the phone.  You all provide a fantastic service.  Thank you.
