I would very much like to thank Hera, I cannot speak highly enough of her. Her qualities are numerous and various. She is ultra-punctual to the point of always being at least 15 minutes early, and extremely rarely late. She has a sunny disposition only matched by her consummate professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Hera's attention to detail and attentive listening skills are second to none. She has a wicked sense of humour and is always patient and thoughtful. But what really sets her apart is her genuine and sincere care, concern and (professional) affection for my mother. She's one in a million.
