You have been instrumental in coordinating the last few difficult years, making sure that mum felt comfortable and secure. She could not have asked for more. I am finding it an almost impossible job to thank all that have been involved in her health and welfare. I am sure that they will modestly say that they were only doing their job. Well, I can thank them for that, but it is all the extras that they put into their efforts that I appreciate, and it is from that which I hope they will gain the job satisfaction they deserve.

I would just like to thank every one of you that is caring for my grandmother. She thinks you are all wonderful and me and my family also thinks that too. You all do an amazing job. It puts mine and mum and dads minds at rest knowing she is in capable hands with you all. A big shout out to Gemma who my Gran really has taken to as my Gran got to know Gemma as she cared for her form day one. Gemma goes out of her way to make sure she is settles and happy. All the staff are supportive at this worrying time. A big thank you from the family. Keep up the hard work. I am very impressed with all your staff, they brighten up our day.

My Mum was a very proud lady, liked things carried out a certain way and as you know would loudly say if this didn't happen. Over the last couple of years I know you have had some real laughs with Mum, she talked about you all a lot. In the last few weeks you have not only cared for Mum but you have all cared and supported me. You enabled my mum to end her days in her own home with her family around her. Thank you so much for the wonderful thoughtful loving care that you gave my mum.
