Our compliments concerns and complaints procedure
Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton welcomes all of your feedback because this helps us to improve our services. We have an open procedure for managing any concerns and complaints. All of our homecare customers receive a copy of our procedure when the service starts. We want to make sure that that you are in no doubt about how to voice any concerns that may arise or to give us any positive feedback.
Confirming the quality of our homecare service
Our care manager and supervisor will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with the national regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for homecare services. This statutory body has responsibility for making sure homecare services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. CQC carries out periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks they may directly ask our customers for feedback.
We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association, the organisation that helps home care agencies to achieve high standards of care and support.

You have been instrumental in coordinating the last few difficult years, making sure that mum felt comfortable and secure. She could not have asked for more. I am finding it an almost impossible job to thank all that have been involved in her health and welfare. I am sure that they will modestly say that they were only doing their job. Well, I can thank them for that, but it is all the extras that they put into their efforts that I appreciate, and it is from that which I hope they will gain the job satisfaction they deserve.
