Thank you so much for stopping by R's flat and taking her medication in to her on Wednesday, she was very surprised and pleased to meet you. I was only sorry that I wasn't there also. It sounds gushing and overdone if I repeat just how great all your carers have been with R this week. Firstly for Sarah to identify the water infection and and to make the decision to keep R on bed rest for a couple of days, it was so necessary but done in such a thoughtful manner. All the team that have looked after ner have been great with her because I know htat keeping her in bed caused a lot of complaint and grumpiness from her. I know that Sarah and Nicky have both popped in to check on R even when they have been off duty, that says so much about them as people, they are so caring. I cannot sing their praises high enough, Helen too, when I see their names on Mum's weekly rota I know I can relax a little. Thank you again for providing such a fantastic support network.

I can't praise Bluebird Care Team enough; they enabled my father to remain at home, as he wished, and showed real care, flexibility and the highest level of professionalism in their approach. Everything - including details I might not have considered - was logged, tracked and monitored, and they were quick to note any changes or potentials risks and were speedy in sharing concerns and altering his programme when his needs altered.

The carers themselves were truly exceptional, and I know that he very much looked forward to their regular, punctual visits. Positive and upbeat in demeanour, they treated him with gentle respect and ensured that he enjoyed his final days as fully as possible, sharing his tales and jokes and ensuring that he ate a good, balanced diet. His main carer was exceptional; she ensured that he was taken to and from community events, noticed what needed adding to his shopping lists and was utterly committed to providing him with the best care possible.
