I would like to say a big thank you too to the carers for managing to get to Dad during the snowy conditions, I couldn't believe that all his visits were covered. It shows how dedicated and committed your team are and was such a relief to myself and my brother, when we live so far away, knowing that our lovely Dad was being looked after. When we first looked at Bluebird I looked at the CQC report. Re responsiveness - working with you now I'm surprised you weren't rated higher as our experience is you do respond quickly and proactively to changing requirements e.g. liaising with the GP re Dad's medication needing crushing, food needing blending/drinks thickening, suggesting the wheelchair for the table, organising hair/chiropody home visits, even helping with recommending and contacting a plumber, an additional grey wheelie bin etc. Peter always keeps us very well informed on all aspects of Dad's care.
