I think since Bluebird came on the scene you (Jean Brice) are more relaxed, happier, calmer and also well cared for.

Mum was really very reliant on her carers and those fabulously talented ladies not only cared for mum in her last days, but me and my siblings too as we would not have been able to cope without them or accept the fact that mum was at the end of her life. We were able to spend more quality time with her. Bluebird Care really were fantastic.
My parents are both sadly suffering from old age ailments. Mum has dementia and dad is really frail. Their carers are fantastic and treat both mum and dad with respect and understanding.
