I can't thank you enough for arranging Mum's care team. Mum told me yesterday that she loves Mary but that "they are all very good actually", this is music to my ears and all praise to you!

How does it work?
Once you call us, we will arrange to come and have a chat with you to find out how we might help you. You tell us what support would make the difference to you and between us we’ll come up with a plan. If you agree, we’ll choose and introduce you to your carer and then go from there, tweaking along the way as and when we need to.
You shouldn’t be embarrassed if a part of what you need is personal care although we know it’s only natural. If that person becomes a trusted friend and it means you can maintain much of your independence and stay living at home, then it’s worth it…and nothing to be embarrassed about.
