Honouring Harry Gration
Today we celebrate the long, successful life of Harry Gration, a man who meant a great deal to everyone - including Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees.
Harry Gration, Regional News Presenter, touched the lives of many people in Yorkshire and this included the team at Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees. We are pleased that we will be able to celebrate his life on Yorkshire Day at the York Minster.
We met with Harry in 2021, when we attended the Business Excellence Awards. Harry handed our Director, Narinder Gill, our award for Employer of the Year. It was truly excellent to speak with him, and Narinder thoroughly enjoyed telling Harry all about our core values here at Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees. Harry was very welcoming of us and keen to hear everything we had to say about the importance and significance of the care industry. As a home care company, it is imperative that we are able to make as many people as possible aware of the help and support that is available to them, including our own services. Harry Gration made this possible for us, and for that we are so grateful.
