Every year we ask our customers and staff to complete a survey and return it to our office. We do this because, although we always try our very best to provide a high quality service that is beneficial to everyone, we know there is always some room for improvement.

By asking our customers and staff what they think about Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees, we are able to get a clear picture of what we do well and what we could improve upon.

  • 100% of our staff agree that the training provided to them is above adequate.
  • 100% of our staff feel they are listened to.
  • 100% of our staff feel they receive enough support from our team.
  • 100% of our staff would feel comfortable approaching their manager with issues, complaints, and personal matters.
