How to Leave a Review

Here at Bluebird Care Wakefield & Kirklees we value feedback from our customers to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care. Therefore, we encourage all our customers or their families to leave reviews for us so we know if we are providing high quality care and where we can improve. As well as this, reviews are beneficial to potential new customers so that they know we are a trustworthy business that provides the highest quality of care.

There are a number of different ways you can provide a review or share feedback on us here at Bluebird Care Wakefield & Kirklees. Listed below are the places where you can do this and a guide to make the review process as simple as can be.

Alternatively, you can complete a review on paper if you prefer; just email Wakefield@bluebirdcare.co.uk and we can provide you with the form.

Online Review Platforms

Homecare.co.uk

To leave a review:

1. Click the link above and it should take you to our Homecare.co.uk profile page.
2. Click the Reviews tab or scroll down until you see the reviews.
3. Click the Submit a Review button.
4. Then you complete your review and submit contact details which are used for verification.
5. Then click Submit at the bottom and you are done. 

Google

Google is also a popular way to leave a review. However, you can only do this if you have a Google Account or use Google Mail (Gmail). To leave a google review:

1. Click here to go straight to our Google review page.
2. Here you can rate us out of 5 stars and leave a written note.
3. Once you have submitted your review it is published and can be edited if you so wish.

Facebook

Facebook is another straightforward method of providing feedback or a review. To leave a Facebook review:

2. Click on the Reviews section
3. You should then be asked “Would you recommend Bluebird Care Wakefield & Kirklees”.
4. Then click Yes or No and it should allow you to add any further details.
5. Once you have completed this you can then post your review.
