For the Carers Trust
As part of our fund raising activity here in Wakefield, the team did a charity bag pack at the Co-op in Ackworth on Saturday 16th November.
Bluebird Care (Wakefield) director, Narinder Gill was joined by her team Donna Litchfield and Sarah Roberts and their children Kiren Gill and Grace Litchfield to raise money for Carers Trust.
Although this is a national charity supporting young adult carers aged 14-25 years, the team also raised awareness of the local charity Carers Wakefield and District sharing key information about the local support services they provide to unpaid carers in Wakefield
We are very pleased to announce that we raised £195 for Carers Trust
A big thank you to all the team, and all the Co-op staff and customers who made us feel so welcome and gave so generously.
