New Employee Recognition Initiatives

In Q1 2023 we expanded our Employee Recognition Programme to show further appreciation for our care team. We have added two new monthly competitions in the spirit of fun and inclusiveness.

The new initiatives Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton have introduced are:

1. ‘Spin to Win’ Monthly Prize Draw

Once per month we randomly select one lucky employee to pop into the office and spin the wheel. The is a guaranteed chance of winning one of three special prizes depending on the number landed on. So far, the lucky winners have received gifts ranging from Afternoon Tea for Two, Massage Pamper Treatments, to a Chocolate Making Class.

2. ‘Locate the Bluebird Care Car’ Monthly Competition

This light-hearted competition sees our care team prepare for the ultimate scavenger hunt as we challenge them to locate the elusive Bluebird Care car that is pottering about the local area. The first one to spot and correctly guess its location will claim the prize!
