'Excellence in Care Award' Winners

We are proud to announce the winners of our most recent monthly ‘Excellence in Care’ Awards, Spring 2021.

These 3 wonderful individuals have been recognised for going over and above in key areas of their job role. This includes receiving consistent positive praise from both customers and their peers, providing essential cover during difficult periods, and doing many ‘thoughtful extras’ for their regulars.
To shine the spotlight on one example, in April, Becca stepped up to cover calls during challenging times, including assisting a customer who had an urgent need to get to the toilet! Becca has received consistent, positive feedback from customers and her peers, noting her ‘can-do’ attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. In a recent review from a gentleman in Radcliffe, he and his brother praised Becca’s approach and work ethic. Becca is quick to report any concerns or updates with customers e.g. new medication, WFF instructions etc. and will take the initiative to assist where she can with such enquiries.
