Hampers from the Heart - August's Winner

August’s hamper from the heart went to Ann as nominated by Jo S. Ann has just come out of hospital so we wanted to cheer her up with some luxury Bailey’s coffee, her favourite dark chocolate Kit kats and a new jigsaw.
