Meet the team
Sean and Heather Price
Graduates of Cambridge and Manchester Universities respectively, Sean and Heather set up their company in 2013 after decades of senior management experience in the public sector. They chose the care sector in order to focus upon making a positive difference to people’s lives in the local community.
When not in the office, both enjoy spending time with family, and also watching and taking part in various sports. In 2018, Heather completed the London Marathon raising over £2,500 for the Institute for Cancer Research in London.
Jackie is a dedicated Health Professional who has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people to enrich their lives.
Jackie commenced her Registered Manager career as a Home Manager (residential) but she has worked in a healthcare setting for over 8 years and has been in operational management in excess of 20 years.
She shares Bluebird’s vision of ‘Home is where the heart is’ and believes in delivering the kindest care. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works with them to deliver high quality care to customers in a way which they gain the most support to allow them to live a happy and meaningful life in their own homes.
In her spare time Jackie likes to spend time with her two grown up children, her dog Ollie and her two best friends. Walking, socialising, visiting different cultures and the sunshine are her loves.

Jules has worked in nursing and health care for over 10 years. Having joined Bluebird Care when the company started in December 2014, Jules has worked her way up the ladder from care assistant to supervisor and now to her current role as our Training and Live-in Care Manager.
Jules finds it a great joy to see the newly trained care assistants blossom and develop to support our customers from the comfort of their own homes. Jules has Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and Train the Trainer qualifications in Medication Management, Moving and Handing and first aid. Outside of work Jules loves looking after and caring for her garden.
Luke’s career in care started nearly 10 years ago. Luke is acting care co-ordinator until Lauren's return from maternity leave.
What drove Luke to working for Bluebird Care is knowing he can actively create a better quality of life for our customers by ensuring their needs are met. By conducting regular assessments and reviews, Luke makes sure that our customers and their families receive the best level of care and support possible. Luke has completed his Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care on a fast-track scheme. Outside of work Luke is active in the community and enjoys walking his dog.
