8-Year Work Anniversary at Bluebird Care

Congratulations to Jules, our live-in care and training manager, on 8 years at Bluebird Care.

At Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick, we love nothing more than seeing our team grow and develop during their time with us. Since opening our doors in 2014, providing home care and live-in care to those across the Hambleton and Richmondshire districts of North Yorkshire has brought us nothing but joy. It is so rewarding to know that each day our wonderful Bluebird Angels make such a difference to those in the community.

This January, we would like to congratulate Jules Tatham, our Live-In Care and Training Manager, on reaching her 8-year work anniversary with us!

Jules started her journey at Bluebird Care in 2014, way back when our office was based in Felixkirk. During her time at Bluebird Care, Jules has had a variety of roles; from starting as a care assistant before quickly being promoted to field care supervisor for all the areas we cover. Jules then went on to be promoted to deputy care manager before her current role as Live-in Care and Training Manager.

As Training Manager, Jules delivers high-quality training to all our new care assistants, no matter their level of care experience. During this time, any member joining Bluebird Care receives mandatory training before completing the care certificate during their probation period.

Speaking on her time at Bluebird Care, Jules said “I can’t believe it is 8 years, it seems only yesterday that I joined the team as a care assistant. I am so proud to see how our team has flourished over the years to provide excellent home care and live-in care to those across our area.”

“I love training our new Bluebird Care assistants. It is wonderful to see people come in the door and leave after four days fully trained. It’s fantastic knowing they are ready to go and deliver excellent home care to our customers.”
