The Difference Support Makes - Doug's Story
As part of our #MakeADifference campaign, we recently visited customer Doug and heard his story along with the difference that the support our team give makes. Doug has a live in Care Assistant who provides support round the clock and has been with us for just over a year. The support that we provide makes a tremendous difference.

Helping Our Community Stay Safe With Our #KeepHydrated Campaign
Following this month’s record-breaking heat wave, we have launched #KeepHydrated, our ‘Summer Hydration’ campaign to protect vulnerable people from the harmful effects of heat and sun exposure. As part of the campaign, older people, their families, friends and neighbours across Hounslow & Chiswick are being urged to think seriously about staying hydrated this summer.

We are celebrating the dedication and passion of our incredible team of Care Assistants throughout our #MakeADifference campaign and recently spent some time with Care Assistant Samira, who explained a little about why she chose a career in care. Samira works as a Care Assistant in the community and supports our customers throughout the week. She is passionate about her role and makes a tremendous difference every day.

As well as the support that we provide, Ray cares for Sheila who is living with a learning disability and helps her with day to day tasks.
