Thanking Our Care Team!

Care Manager Halina has put together a short video expressing her thanks to our team for the difference that they have made.
We have an incredible team who make a huge difference to the lives of people living in Hounslow & Chiswick every day and this Carers Week we wanted to say a tremendous thank you to our team of Care Assistants who support our customers every day.
We regularly receive comments about the difference that our team of Care Assistants have made and are delighted to have such a dedicated, caring and passionate team.

In this video, she explains that, from the bottom of her heart, is it incredibly inspiring to see the difference our team make.
This may be something as simple as a smile, a kind word, patiently supporting customers, making a cup tea, asking (and remembering) how their trip out recently went.
