Meet the team

Our Hounslow Bluebird Care Team consists of franchise owner Eni Ayileye, a fantastic office team who support our customers and staff, and our friendly Care Assistants who are out delivering excellent high quality care to customers in their own homes all 365 days of the year.

Franchise Owner

Eni is a well-qualified and experienced business professional who is passionate about helping others and giving back to the society. His passion and commitment to outstanding care continues to be a driving factor in all he does.

Eni believes in the four key fundamental pillars (Honesty, Empathy, Respect & Trust) that underpin everything he and his staff do.

He has been engaged and contributed to many community organisations including charities and sporting clubs. Eni worked in collaboration with his mother who is a Registered Nurse (retired) and the National Immunisation Manager to immunise several communities in Africa against the spread of Poliomyelitis.

To date he continues to sponsor children in Africa to receive better healthcare, education, and infrastructures as part of the World Vision program.

Bluebird Care is built on quality, determination, empathy and passion all of which strongly align with Eni’s core values.

Customer Care Manager

With a significant amount of experience in healthcare, Marina plays a crucial role in being the first point of contact for new customers and existing customers who may have questions or queries.

She holds an NVQ level 2 and 3 and studying level 5 in Health and social care. She also has certificates in Principles of End of Life Care, Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in Hesalth Care Settings, Understanding Behaviours that Challenge.

She chose to work in home care as opposed to a care home, because of the way it allows care to be provided with a truly person centred approach.

Marina was nominated and shortlisted in 2021 for the local authority ‘One Hounslow’ award for her dedication and support to carers and customers, throughout the Covid -19 pandemic in the ‘Building Trust’ category.

In her spare time Marina enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchild. Her family is very important to her. She enjoys going to the theatre and the cinema and is very interested in local politics.

Andreia Luz

Field Care Supervisor

My name is Andreia, and in the last 5 years I have gained considerable work experience in health and social care by working closely with the customers and their families. Just that made me eager to learn and develop my care skills, knowledge, and experience to be able to provide the best care possible.

I am hard working and have attention to the detail and a drive for delivering outstanding care to clients.

I have provided care and treatment in a safe way to individuals in a way that would be appropriate and would also reflect their needs

Andreea Mehedintu

Office Care Supervisor

My name is Andreea Mehedintu and I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management.

In the last 7 years I have gained considerable work experience in health and social care. Working closely with the customers and their families has made me eager to learn and develop my care  skills, knowledge and experience to provide the best care.

As a result of my work and the fulfilment from helping others I have volunteered to do many activities in care homes and churches. As well, I started to get involved in children’s education in Senegal and I provide English online classes as well as donating school supplies every year.

The silks and experience that I have gained form working in health and social care together with my studies have attracted me towards this role and have allowed me to grow towards my goal as a care supervisor carer.

Lynette Cronin

Care Coordinator

My name is Lynette and I've got over a decade's experience in care. Hospital, community, medical, I've done bits of everything in my quest to figure out a career path.

Finally, I've settled on completing my NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social care to eventually register with the CQC so that one day I'll be in a position to make a bigger difference in people's lives. I don't just care for the elderly; I advocate for them, especially where they might be unable to do so themselves. I started out as a Field Care Supervisor here and soon ended up in the not-so-unfamiliar Coordinator role, though I still make time to be out in the community as I enjoy being hands on.

If you join us, be it as a customer or employee, it won't be long until you're fed up with hearing me talk about my two horses and numerous exotic pets. In fact, I often ride past customers' houses on the weekends as I'm right at the centre of one of our hotspots.

My background has either been in the healthcare industry or as an exotic animal presenter and trainer, with horsey challenges sprinkled in. Life hasn't always been easy, and I've suffered tragic family events of my own. This really has given me a lot of empathy and understanding towards individuals and their families where a loss of independence and quality of life is affected either over time or suddenly overnight. Whatever the issue, I'm invested in figuring out a way to make things better for all. That includes our customers, carers and their loved ones. It's a tough industry and takes more skill and heart than many realize.
