Meet the team

Our Hounslow Bluebird Care Team consists of franchise owner Eni Ayileye, Registered Care Manager Marina, our fantastic office team who support our customers and staff and our friendly Care Assistants who are out delivering excellent high quality care to customers in their own homes all 365 days of the year.

Franchise Owner

Eni is a well-qualified and experienced business professional who is passionate about helping others and giving back to the society. His passion and commitment to outstanding care continues to be a driving factor in all he does.

Eni believes in the four key fundamental pillars (Honesty, Empathy, Respect & Trust) that underpin everything he and his staff do.

He has been engaged and contributed to many community organisations including charities and sporting clubs. Eni worked in collaboration with his mother who is a Registered Nurse (retired) and the National Immunisation Manager to immunise several communities in Africa against the spread of Poliomyelitis.

To date he continues to sponsor children in Africa to receive better healthcare, education, and infrastructures as part of the World Vision program.

Bluebird Care is built on quality, determination, empathy and passion all of which strongly align with Eni’s core values.

Care Manager

Marina has over 13 years’ experience working in home care and first joined Bluebird Care Hounslow and Chiswick as a Care Assistant, and through their career path worked her way up from Community Care Supervisor to Field Care Supervisor to Care Manager.

Marina holds an NVQ level 2 and 3 and studying level 5 in Health and social care. She also has certificates in Principles of End of Life Care, Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in Hesalth Care Settings, Understanding Behaviours that Challenge.

She chose to work in home care as opposed to a care home, because of the way it allows care to be provided with a truly person centred approach.

Marina was nominated and shortlisted in 2021 for the local authority ‘One Hounslow’ award for her dedication and support to carers and customers, throughout the Covid -19 pandemic in the ‘Building Trust’ category.

In her spare time Marina enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchild. Her family is very important to her. She enjoys going to the theatre and the cinema and is very interested in local politics.

Care Coordinator

Tracey has always wanted to work in care and chose to do so after a number of years working in a corporate environment.

Care runs in the family for Tracey and with around 90% of the women working as nurses, she was also inspired through them.

Tracey started her career as a Care Assistant and then moved to the role of Care Coordinator for a number of different companies before joining the Bluebird Care team because of our reputation for quality.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys nothing more than some ballroom and latin dancing!

Care Coordinator

Carla has 13 years of experience in health and social care settings with young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism and progressed from a support worker to a team leader. She holds an NVQ level 3 in health and social care.

After working in residential care homes Carla wanted to seek new experiences in her career and broaden her skills and knowledge but wanted to remain within health and social care and saw that Bluebird Care was seeking a Care Coordinator and saw this as the challenge she was seeking.

In her spare time Carla enjoys knitting, country walks, spending time with her husband and family.

Community Care Supervisor

Caring is at the heart of Liza's passion and it also runs in the family as her mum previously worked in care. She chose to work in care because of how rewarding a career it gives!

Liza's started working in care as a Home Care Assistant during 2016 and never looked back. She particularly enjoys listening to the stories people have and having the opportunity to make sure they are ok, whilst providing that extra level of support.

Hearing about how much we put our customers and staff at the centre of all we do is what attracted Liza to Bluebird Care and since joining, she has felt extremely valued and is able to reach her potential.

In her spare time you will find Liza going to the gym, spending quality time with her family and enjoying walks by the river!

Tracy has worked in healthcare since 2004 and gained experience in the roles of Care Assistant, Supervisor and Care Manager prior to taking a step of delivering training.

She is a qualified trainer; having completed her train the trainer course and believes that the best way to deliver training is face to face. This gives those attending the ability to ask questions and absorb what they have learnt.

In addition, Tracy's hands on experience means that she can pass on real life tips and experiences which bring the sessions to life!

Tracy explained that she ultimately loves delivering training as it does not really feel like work; it is more like having great fun every day!
