We presented one very lucky customer with a luxury hamper as part of our Customer Satisfaction Survey Competition.  

We know that we are only ever as good as our Customers and our Care Assistants say we are.  That’s why every year we conduct our Customer Satisfaction Survey, asking our customers to tell us what we’ve done well and where we need to improve.

Every survey that is returned is entered into our Prize Draw for a chance to win an M&S Hamper.  Congratulations to Mr H who was the winner this year!

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey asks for feedback on a wide range of issues including time keeping, respect, flexibility and continuity of care amongst other things.  We will be publishing the result of our survey in February so watch this space!
