Care Assistants Recognised for Long Term Service

We launch a special award recognising our Care Assistants for their Length Of Service.

This December we launched a special Length Of Service Award which recognises our Care Assistants for the length of time that they have been working with us.  We are so proud that we have staff who have been with us almost 6 years – the length of time that Bluebird Care Clapham & Streatham has been around! 

One thing we are consistently passionate about is the happiness and satisfaction of our Care Assistants.  We recognise that a happy work force means happy customers who live safe and fulfilled lives in their own homes.

That is why its really important to us that we recognise and show our Care Team our appreciation for the amazing work that they do. 

We gave our special Bluebird Care Certificates and Pins that show the length of time they have been with us.

A big Thank You to all our Care Assistants who over the years have displayed an outstanding level of care and support to all our Customers and their familes.
