The Quality Team is delighted to announce that Bluebird Care Mid Staffs with a compliance score of 91%, has achieved the Bluebird Care Gold Compliance Mark.

What does this mean? This means that our internal audit that was completed by our regional quality manager went extremely well! We scored 91%! All Bluebird care franchises that score 90% or more will receive the gold compliance award. 💛 Achieving and maintaining over 90% compliance is not easy and represents a very strong commitment towards providing a high-quality service to our customers, and well exceeds regulatory expectations.
