The Quality Team is delighted to announce that Bluebird Care Mid Staffs with a compliance score of 91%, has achieved the Bluebird Care Gold Compliance Mark. Congratulations the amazing achievement.

We are delighted to share with you the launch of our Quality Mark Award system. The system, developed alongside the QACC and revealed (and adapted!) at Lets’ Connect meetings, is designed to give you a mechanism to showcase and celebrate the quality and compliance of your business alongside the more traditional ratings given by your regulators.
The first phase of the Quality Mark roll out is celebrating Compliance across the network. This means all businesses that currently have an internal audit score of 90% or above will automatically qualify for the Gold Compliance Award. Achieving and maintaining over 90% compliance is not easy and represents a very strong commitment towards providing a high-quality service to our customers, and well exceeds regulatory expectations.
As it stands today, an incredible 117 businesses are eligible for the Gold Compliance Award, congratulations to you all.
