How to pay for your Care
Here is some information on how to pay Bluebird Mid Staffs for your care.
Knowing how much to pay
Every two weeks we will send you an invoice. This is a request for payment for the care and support you have received. We can send your invoice by post or email. We will know your preffered payment method following your consultation with our Field Care Supervisior. If you wish to change this method just contact our office and we will do this for you.
When will payment be due?
Bluebird Care Mid Staffs ask that you pay your invoice within 7 days of reciept, we include the payment due date on our invoices.
You choose how you would prefer to pay for your care and support:
Set up a standing order
If you choose to pay by standing order, we will take a specified amount from your nominated account every calendar month. We complete a standing order form that includes how much will be taken each month, on the same date. The amount each month will be your estimated care costs for a year, including any extra bank holiday charges and then divided by 12 monthly payments.
If you receive extra care because of extra visits for any other reason or less visits than planned. Where this is the case our finance team will send you a statement to tell you about the outstanding balance on your account or any monies owed to you.
If you have not set up a standing order but wish to, please contact our management team.
