Celebrating 90 With Customer John!
We always strive to go the extra mile here at Bluebird Care Hounslow & Chiswick and are proud to help our customers celebrate some particular milestone birthdays. Recently we visited John, who turned 90 and made sure that we helped his day be just that bit more special with a gift and his favourite cake; Tesco Finest Carrot Cake nonetheless!

Treats For Valentine's Day!
What better way for us to show our appreciation for our staff and go above and beyond for some of our customers than giving them a small gift on Valentine's Day! Care Supervisor Marina has been giving out little gifts to those she visits and the small boxes of Lindor chocolates really went down a treat. Marina met up with customers Ray & Sheila along with Care Assistant Jane to give them their tokens of appreciation and they were very well received.

A Morning At The Market!
We are regularly spotted out and about in the community and recently spent time at local Brentford market, where we not only tucked into some savoury treats, but also chatted with people about building a career in care. The beginning of the year is a great time to make a new start and for those who may have been considering a career in care, there is no better time to take the first step on that path!

Care Assistant Claire Awarded Newcomer Of 2018!
We are proud to introduce our newcomer of the year award and delighted to announce that Care Assistant Claire has received our very first award! Claire joined the team after having been made redundant from her job in HR and made the whole team very proud. She is flexible, bubbly and very much loved by her customers.

For one of our customers, it was made all the more special by her Care Assistant, Claire, who visited for the afternoon on Christmas Day.

Keep Warm Keep Well!
As the winter draws in, we are continuing full steam ahead with our “Keep Warm Keep Well” campaign. The campaign aims to target those who are more vulnerable in the cold weather, and provide advice and tip to prevent accidents and illness, caused by cold weather.
