Treats For Valentine's Day!

What better way for us to show our appreciation for our staff and go above and beyond for some of our customers than giving them a small gift on Valentine's Day! Care Supervisor Marina has been giving out little gifts to those she visits and the small boxes of Lindor chocolates really went down a treat. Marina met up with customers Ray & Sheila along with Care Assistant Jane to give them their tokens of appreciation and they were very well received.
Here at Bluebird Care Hounslow & Chiswick we strive to say thank you to our incredible team of staff who do an amazing job supporting our customers.We also make sure that we do everything we can to go above and beyond for our customers in the service that they receive.

Care Manager Halina explained:
It was a team idea to do something a little special on Valentine's Day, so we thought that as we would be visiting a few customers and seeing some of our Care Assistants, we would give them a little something.
Not only did the treats go down really well; they were a positive way to show our appreciation for the support that our team give and another example of how we go above and beyond for our wonderful customers.
