Why I Love My Care Assistant Sylvia

Recently we paid a visit to Mary who lives in Hounslow. With Valentine’s Day approaching, she explained why she loves and appreciates her Care Assistant Sylvia so much!
Recently we paid a visit to Mary who lives in Hounslow. With Valentine’s Day approaching, she explained why she loves and appreciates her Care Assistant Sylvia so much!Mary has lived in Hounslow her whole life and used to work in Woolworths at the tills and handling wages. She also has first-hand experience caring for her mum.
Mary told us that Sylvia has been caring for her for a while and that she is very good at what she does! She went onto explain many of the ways Sylvia helps her, such as with her grocery shopping, laundry and hair washing.
A long time ago, Mary had heard rumours about Care Assistants who were not very kind and clock watched on the job but she was so relieved to discover that Sylvia is a lovely Care Assistant who doesn’t have her eyes on the clock at all when she comes but is simply a reliable, pleasant and lovely friend.
I’m always happy when Sylvia is around, we have a lot in common and I always look forward to seeing her.
