Where does home care stop and our concierge service start?

There are a number of aspects that we will support you with as part and parcel of our home care service, such as if you need anything arranging within your planned visit times or if we need to liaise with health, social care, and medical professionals with you or on your behalf in an unplanned way. An example of this could be if you had an accident or incident in your home during our visit or if you and we were becoming concerned about a health issue and we agreed to make a referral to medical or allied professionals for you e.g., referral to an Occupational Therapist or Community Nursing Team. Our concierge service starts when you ask us to carry out work on your behalf outside of your planned home care visits. You could ask us to arrange for a tradesperson to provide a quote and attend to perform the work, arrange a meal delivery service, or you might like us to arrange a day out for you or arrange routine health and well-being appointments such as hairdressing, podiatry, eye, and ear tests.
