Living with a health condition has its challenges but there is a lot of advice and support out there if you know where to look. Here are some websites that might come in handy.

When you find out you or a loved has potentially serious health condition, you want to get as much information and support as possible. Your GP and local health services can give you helpful advice but there are also lots of organisations and charities out there who can provide extra assistance – such as insights into the latest research and treatments, practical living guides, where to find local support groups and telephone help lines. So, if you need help to live with one or more of the most common health conditions in the UK, here are some websites that might be useful.
