At Bluebird Care, we always aim to involve our carers and customers in meaningful charitable endeavors. Recently, we had the pleasure of organizing a delightful event in support of the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.

The Macmillan Coffee Morning fundraiser was a heartwarming initiative aimed at raising both awareness and funds for this essential charity. We were thrilled to partner with a talented local baker, Jo, who carefully crafted cake boxes, allowing our customers and carers to savor the delectable treats from the comfort of their own homes.

Jo's cake boxes featured an array of tempting delights, including a scone, brownie, macaron, and a heavenly lemon drizzle cake. Each scrumptious cake box purchased contributed to Macmillan's noble cause, and we were able to increase our donation as the number of boxes ordered rose, thanks to Jo's kind pricing adjustments.

In a bid to maximize our fundraising efforts, we also partnered with a local business, Bird Hills Golf Club, further enhancing community engagement and support. We're immensely grateful to each and every one of you who participated, as your involvement has made a significant impact on Macmillan Cancer Support.
