Bluebird Care Celebrates Success at the Great British Care Awards Regional Finals for the 7th Consecutive Year in Brighton on 17th November 2023 —

We're proud to announce that five of our carers were nominated for the Regional Finals of the Great British Care Awards, which took place on 17th November 2023. Our dedicated team have once again received recognition for the seventh consecutive year.

The prestigious Great British Care Awards recognise and celebrate outstanding contributions to the field of social care, and Bluebird Care's consistent presence at the Regional Finals underscores their commitment to delivering exceptional care services.

This year, Bluebird Care is especially delighted to congratulate the following caregivers for their exceptional achievements in various award categories:

The Home Care Worker Award  

Sharon Cleary and Lauren Hunt have been honoured with The Home Care Worker Award, acknowledging their unwavering commitment to providing high-quality home care services.Their dedication has made a positive impact on the lives of those they care for, and this recognition is a testament to their outstanding contributions.

The Care Newcomer Award  

Khadija El-Hajjam and Justine Robinson have been recognised with The Care Newcomer Award, highlighting their exceptional performance and dedication as newcomers to the care industry.This award acknowledges their quick adaptation, passion, and commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

The Dementia Carer Award  

Angela McMillan has been honoured with The Dementia Carer Award for her outstanding contributions to dementia care. Her compassion, empathy, and specialised skills in providing care to individuals living with dementia have set a standard for excellence in the field.

The End of Life Carer Award  

Tracey Atkins (above right) has been recognised for her compassion and understanding in The End Of Life Carer Award category. Her empathetic approach and support during challenging times have made a profound impact on the lives of those facing the end of life, and this award acknowledges her exceptional dedication.
