Listening To Our Staff

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our staff team and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be. Our most recent survey results highlight that staff enjoy their role with Bluebird Care, receiving adequate training to complete their role with 100% of respondents stating this.

Life In The Office

We have an incredible team of staff and have taken the opportunity to do something a bit different following on from International Ice Cream Day on 16th July and as part of our summer hydration campaign.   We made the most of it with some refreshing Ice Creams - Magnums were the flavour of choice.

Fish & Chips With Christine

As part of our commitment to always going the extra mile for our customers, we recently visited Christine in Dartford for lunch.   Christine lives in the house she has resided in for over 33 years. She was diagnosed with polio at six weeks old and, following one day where she found herself unable to get back to her chair, arranged for Bluebird Care to visit and support her.

Recognising Our Staff's Achievements!

We believe it is important to recognise and respond to the achievement of our staff and are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Claire has recently successfully passed her probation with us.   We are pleased to present all our valued Care Assistants who have passed their probation with a certificate and gift to show our appreciation for their hard work.

Listening To Our Customers

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.   Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are complimentary of the care they receive from our team and in particular, over 90% of respondents indicated that the tasks completed on each visit are done properly and professionally, with 100% treated with respect and politeness.

Awarding Our July Community Grant

We are pleased to announce that Tunbridge Wells based charity Good Neighbours has been awarded our £500 Community Grant to fund its annual tea party event for vulnerable older people.
