Listening To Our Customers

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.   Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are complimentary of the care they receive from our team and in particular, over 90% of respondents indicated that the tasks completed on each visit are done properly and professionally, with 100% treated with respect and politeness.

The care we provide helps our customers to remain at home in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible and this is very rewarding to us as a team.
 
In particular, we work hard to build a great rapport and relationship with our customers and seeing this in the results of the most recent survey is encouraging.
