Bobby is the owner of Bluebird Care (Tunbridge Wells)
Having a number of years' experience operating a residential care business, Bobby decided to enter into the provision of care at home.
We pride ourselves in having a strong work ethic and having exceptional standards. We aim to provide professional care at home alongside a friendly, personal service to all the people we care for whilst maintaining good relationships with friends, relatives and the care managers of our customers. Our role is to manage and oversee the provision of domiciliary care whilst maintaining the high standards we are passionate about. We are a young and proactive team and our goal is to provide excellent care to individuals and give them confidence to live in their own homes while ensuring that our Care Workers are trained to the highest of standards. We are proud that we are a family run business but are part of a high quality network and brand such as Bluebird Care.
With over 14 years experience in healthcare, Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Gravesham & Dartford team.
Before working in care, Clare worked in retail and decided to transition because of the positive work life balance a career in care gave. Clare's first position was as a Community Care Worker, during which time she completed her NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care.
Following this, Clare gained experience as a Care Worker in residential, nursing, hospice and supported living settings before progressing onto a role as a Risk Assessor for a London based care company.
Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor and worked in the positions Registered Care Manager at our Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford Offices along with Training Manager before leading the operational side of the business as operations Manager and then Operations Director.
Clare is passionate about delivering quality homecare services and developing high quality standards. She believes in investing in each individual team member and providing the support they need to progress in their roles.
Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.
She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.
In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.
Live-In Care Manager
Ola has worked in the health care sector for several years, and as a result has gained valuable experience in many aspects of care.
Ola is very passionate about helping people and loves being able to put a smile on her customer’s faces.
Ola is passionate about making a positive contribution in her role as Live-In Care Manager and applied to Bluebird Care for our ethical values, support and commitment to our customers and staff.

Toni chose to work in care because she wanted to make a difference to people living in the local community.
Prior to working for Bluebird Care, Toni worked in a bank, where she worked in a customer facing role. She chose to join the team because she wanted a change and also because of our good reputation.
In her spare time, Toni enjoys nothing more than spending time relaxing with her friends.
After running a hairdressing shop and looking after her son who had muscular dystrophy, Debbie made the decision to work in healthcare because she wanted a change and to give something back.
Debbie’s first role was working in a Residential Home and first joined the Bluebird Care team as a Community Care Worker because she wanted a different lifestyle. She chose to apply for the position of Care Supervisor because she wanted to progress her career.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys walking and has completed a 60k walk to raise money for a local hospice!
