Operations Director

With over 14 years experience in healthcare, Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Gravesham & Dartford team.

Before working in care, Clare worked in retail and decided to transition because of the positive work life balance a career in care gave. Clare's first position was as a Community Care Worker, during which time she completed her NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Following this, Clare gained experience as a Care Worker in residential, nursing, hospice and supported living settings before progressing onto a role as a Risk Assessor for a London based care company.

Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor and worked in the positions Registered Care Manager at our Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford Offices along with Training Manager before leading the operational side of the business as operations Manager and then Operations Director.

Clare is passionate about delivering quality homecare services and developing high quality standards. She believes in investing in each individual team member and providing the support they need to progress in their roles.


Care Manager

Having worked in roles from Care Assistant to NVQ Assessor and over 15 years experience in healthcare, Mel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells team.

Mel's childhood dream was to become a nurse however after starting a family, she made the decision to pursue a career in healthcare as a carer and has never looked back.

She firmly believes in career development and has a number of qualifications including an NVQ 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care along with NVQ Assessor and QA awards.

Mel chose to join the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells team because of our excellent reputation and is passionate about delivering premium quality homecare services throughout the local area.

In her spare time, Mel fills her hours playing mum to two wonderful children!


Operations Manager

Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.

She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.

In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.


Care Coordinator

Toni chose to work in care because she wanted to make a difference to people living in the local community.

Prior to working for Bluebird Care, Toni worked in a bank, where she worked in a customer facing role. She chose to join the team because she wanted a change and also because of our good reputation.

In her spare time, Toni enjoys nothing more than spending time relaxing with her friends.


Care Supervisor

After running a hairdressing shop and looking after her son who had muscular dystrophy, Debbie made the decision to work in healthcare because she wanted a change and to give something back.
Debbie’s first role was working in a Residential Home and first joined the Bluebird Care team as a Community Care Worker because she wanted a different lifestyle. She chose to apply for the position of Care Supervisor because she wanted to progress her career.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys walking and has completed a 60k walk to raise money for a local hospice!


Alannah chose to join our team so that she can make a difference and help customers to do the things that they are no longer able to do for themselves. Alannah is dedicated to giving back to the elderly in her community and to those who require additional support.

Having worked in care for two years, Alannah chose to join our team because she felt that we were good fit for her and she was impressed by our excellent reputation.
