We are pleased to say a huge big well done to Care Assistant Gemma who has been awarded our Care Assistant of the month award for June!
We are pleased to say a huge big well done to Care Assistant Gemma who has been awarded our Care Assistant of the month award for June!It is extremely important to recognise the hard work and dedication of our staff throughout their career with us and each month, one member of staff is nominated to receive the award that recognizes things such as their commitment, dedication, compliments from customers and much more.
Gemma, who has also just passed her probation with us is a tremendous credit to Bluebird Care and is very much loved by our customers. She is passionate about the care she provides and confident in supporting our customers with the appropriate care for them.
In particular, Gemma regularly goes out of her way being flexible with the times she works in order to fit around the requests of our customers who request her to provide their care support in particular!
Care Manager, Claire, said:
I would like to thank Gemma for the amazing job that she does in supporting our customers. As well as always being happy and willing to help, she is loved by our customers and everyone very much enjoys working with her.
In addition, Gemma's flexibility and willingness to work around her customers is a real credit to us as an organisation.
