It is always difficult to chose who should receive our Care Assistant of the month award and Joana has particularly stood out in terms of her approach to the role as Care Assistant.

Care Assistant Survey Results Are In!
We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and work with an office team who are polite and respectful.

Customer Survey Results
It is a privilege for us to provide care and support to our customers and to support our ethos of listening, we carry out a customer questionnaire every six months. Our latest survey demonstrated some very encouraging results, notably with 100% of our customers feeling that they are treated with respect, politeness and tasks being completed professionally.

Announcing Our Charity Of The Year
Porchlight, a local homelessness charity that helps homeless people across Kent to get support, has been selected to become our Charity of the Year 2018. Working across Kent and the south east, Porchlight helps vulnerable and isolated people get support with their mental health, housing, education and employment.

Did You Know We Are An ISO 9001 Certified Organisation?
We are pleased to have recently passed our ISO 9001 inspection and the accreditation was awarded to us due to the high quality procedures we have in place. Our aim as an organization is to not only meet, but exceed our customers expectations and having an ISO 9001 certification aids us in this as it recognizes our strong procedures and provides us with advice on continually improving them.

Helping The Less Fortunate At Christmas
We are proud to have recently held a collection in our office to support local charity The Bridge Trust. The Bridge Trust has been supporting single homeless people in West Kent since 1991 and they have helped over 6,000 homeless people with advice, accommodation and support. Significantly, they have housed over 700 people in that time.
