We are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Joana has been recognised as Care Assistant of the month. Joana is a true credit to our company and has a genuine passion for the difference that she makes. It is always difficult to chose who should receive our Care Assistant of the month award and Joana has particularly stood out in terms of her approach to the role as Care Assistant.

Joana often receives compliments from her customers who often call the office and ask for her to visit regularly. She also works hard to support her colleagues and more junior members of staff.
Care Manager, Claire, commented:
Joana is an outstanding member of staff and demonstrates a genuine passion for her role with us. She loves the difference that she makes in the lives of her customers through her role.

Before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team, I was involved in human rights supporting refugees in Europe and children at risk in Brazil.
I just love helping people and it is a huge passion of mine. Having the opportunity to join the Bluebird Care team has given me a job that I love and the chance to make a genuine difference.
I honestly did not expect to receive the Care Assistant of The Month award. I see the role as a responsibility and it is a real honour to have been recognised. I would like to thank everyone for their kind words.
Our Care Assistant of the month award is just one of the ways that we recognise and reward our staff for their achievements.
