Well done to Leah at annual Bluebird Care Awards
Congratulations to our fantastic Operations Manager, Leah, who was nominated as 1 of 5 finalists for “Team Member of the Year” at the annual Bluebird Care Awards last week – and she won the overall nomination! 👏 🤩
There were 3 categories and 5 finalists in each:
- Care Assistant of the Year
- Registered Manager of the Year
- Team Member of the Year
There were 100’s of nominations across the 200+ offices across the network so Leah did fantastically well in coming 1st in her category.
