Meet Jaz, Our New Senior Care Assistant

Jaz has been promoted to the role of Senior Care Assistant 

The role of our Senior Care assistants is to blaze the trail of “Excellence in Care” for the rest of the team to follow.  Their tasks are to respond continuously to developments in customers’ care needs and preferences. They also act as a mentors and coaches to our Care Assistants during their probation period, and observe the care practice of Care Assistants in the team, offering expert advice and guidance. Together, ensuring we are providing safe, reliable, compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer.
