Since she started her business in Lancaster in 2014, our Director Claire's overriding mission has been dignity, compassion and integrity in care. These values are at the heart of everything we do and why we are so successful. They are also the reason we are trusted by so many families to support their loved ones at home.

We deliver bespoke support to ensure a person  can continue to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.  We have developed a fantastic reputation for quality and compassion.

There are two distinct service lines within our home care offer:

• Visiting Home Care - regular care visits, anything from one short visit each week to long daily visits or numerous visits each day. This also includes overnight care. You may just need a little bit of home help and companionship each week, or your family carer may need respite, or you may need numerous daily visits if living with complex health conditions or receiving palliative care. You shape it, we deliver with trusted, familiar carers and excellent punctuality.

• Live-in Home Care - a carer lives at your home, ready to provide the care you need when you need it. They are flexible to meet your needs, but never intrusive. When they are not needed, they will use the time to relax privately, which means you can relax too! Live-in home care provides that extra bit of reassurance as its always on hand at the moment of need.

Our care assistants are not only trained to the highest standards, but also receive specialist clinical training where required, ensuring care is always personalised. Whilst it is our wonderful field care team who provide you with the care you've asked for, there is much more to it than that. Our dedicated management team oversee every aspect of the service, responding quickly to changing needs and supporting our care staff to deliver exceptional care. We are at the end of the phone 24/7 to make sure any and every wrinkle is ironed out straight away.  Our customers get top notch care and their families have some of the worry burden lifted, knowing that "Bluebird have got it covered".
