Testimonial: 5-stars.
I can't speak highly enough about the services offered by this company to my ailing mother. Living 250 miles away I had been given the run-around by various agencies for weeks, but one 'phone call to Bluebird was enough for them to get cracking with a detailed care-plan which they were able to implement within a few hours. This soon had to be migrated to 24/7 live-in care.
They were efficient, knowledgeable, calm, clear-headed, professional, flexible, caring and communicative. Nothing was too much trouble. To say it was a load off my mind is a gross understatement. Live-in care was provided seamlessly by a rota of kind & patient carers. All this was as the first national lock-down kicked-in.
My only regret is that I did not know about these people sooner. When, after a while, the time came for the inevitable transfer to hospital palliative care, they helped me to manage the transition without fuss, leaving the house in good order and secure. Thank you!
