The National, one of Scotlands leading newspapers talks about Bluebird Care Edinburgh reducing their staff turnover by offering salaried positions. 

Back in October, Bluebird Care Edinburgh support the official Living Wage Week and shortly after announced their new salaried positions. Director's of Bluebird Care Edinburgh, John and Jane Perry have two franchises in Scotland with their Edinburgh franchise having up to 50 team members and their Glasgow South team totalling to around 30 individuals.
