We spend every day supporting our customers, sometimes that includes carry out all tasks and for other customers it includes supporting them to help them stay independent.

But it’s not just about our customers, it’s our team too. That is why we have Supervisors who support our team through their 12-week onboarding programme and beyond. We also have an open-door policy so that our team can speak to anyone in our management team – 360 support to our team.

We hired a Mindfulness and Wellness Specialist to ensure that our team have a safe space to talk, and programmes in place to educate and support our team through key topics such as menopause, stress and diet.
