Natalie began her career with Bluebird Care Ashford & Swale as a care assistant and has worked within the care sector for over 6 years. She is appreciated by both her colleagues and customers for the high quality service she delivers.Natalie expressed an interest in pursuing her career further and took advantage of an opening in our Sittingbourne office to take on the role of a support supervisor and was successful in her application.
The new role still enables her to continue providing care to her customers, which she thoroughly enjoys, while also pursuing her career aspirations in the office. Natalie has taken to her new position with passion and commitment.
On achieving her promotion she said:
