This April we’re #CelebratingSocialCare and the incredible people who work in care.
Here is Ella sharing what she loves about her role as Care Assistant at #bluebirdcareswale.
I absolutely love this job! I honestly cannot think of anything else I’d rather be doing than being a part of the bluebird team.
People think being a carer is just making a tea and having a chat, but it is a lot more than that; we get them washed, dressed in the morning, whilst blossoming a friendship with them. I love having a friendship with the clients as they share many stories about their lives and how they met their partners, and they get to know you as a friend as well.
