I had a really bad week, with my mum 's deteriorating health and my mini breakdown on Wednesday. Though while my mum is asleep I wanted to thank you for the help and support you have provided since August. I don't know what I would do without you. Your intervention with continuing health has speeded up the assessment and resulted in my getting extra support for my mum during the night twice a week which we both need.

Last Saturday I was able to have a rare day out at a friends wedding because a carer stepped in to the breach to care for my mum that day. My mum likes her and trusts her which gave me peace of mind while I was out. The carer was able to engage with my mum keep her entertained I believe they watched TV together. They were able to talk to each other about girlie things, which obviously something even I can't do for my mum. The carer also gave my mum her medication and feed her but above all kept my mum feeling safe and valued. The carer is a credit to your company. Having said that all the regular girls from the island, do you proud. 

I think credit should be given where deserved I always dubious at the start of having several people I didn't know coming in and out of my house four times a day but I need not of worried because the level of care, understanding and patience shown is second to none and the attention to small details all important. Thank you once again for all your help and support it is greatly appreciated at this difficult time even though I must drive you insane calling with my mum constantly wanting to know who is coming to look after her and at what time and having no patience in waiting when you are late, especially when she needs the toilet.
