What a lovely day we had. Walk for dementia in Southampton Common raising money for Alzheimer's society.

What a wonderful day we had.

Kat had signed up to Walk for Dementia in Southampton and we all gathered together. It was very different from previous years as walked our own loop around Southampton Common. A very big thank you to Bernadette, Amber, Alfie, Cathy, John, Danai, Anne and Bentley who came on our walk to help raise money for Alzheimer's Society. 

We did get split up at one point but overall we found each other and had a very lovely day. Thank you to everyone who donated to the Alzheimer's Society. We managed to raise £130! 

We hope to do many more walks in the future and hope to raise even more money for such a good cause! If you have any ideas for group fundraising for the Bluebirds, then please get in touch we would love to hear. It was wonderful to have someone from our live-in care team as well as our Southampton and Totton team walking.
